Great property, excellent location

This property was great and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed within walking distance or we hopped on the free CAT bus and were in the city centre within minutes. This service is amazing I don't think we waited more than 5 mins before the next bus arrived. We came to Perth in April for a wedding so with our 3 children, youngest being 16 we had plenty of room in this property. Rod was fantastic he met us on arrival and gave us a tour of locations for the supermarket, restaurants and where to catch the CAT bus, this was greatly appreciated and saved us so much time if we had to figure it out on our own. After a busy day out it was great to come back and then be able to walk within 2 minutes to dinner.There are a variety of restaurants here. Besides going to the wedding we spent most of our time at night eating here and even our relatives in Perth met us here at the pub for dinner and then for breakfast, saying it was one of their favourite places. We found this townhouse to be spacious and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rod I have been meaning to write this post ever since we got back ! Fantastic value and so so much better than staying in a hotel !
