Had a great long weekend staying at Constitution View for our girls weekend away - 6 of us stayed very comfortably. Great place with everything you could want. It is in a great location with lots of restaurants in a short walking distance. The free city bus was great just a couple of min walk away. Rod is great and so helpful with any request. Highly recommend to anyone!

Constitution View was absolutely ideal for our 10 night stay in Perth. Location is ideal with restaurants, cafes etc within walking distance. Even though so close to city the neighborhoid is very quiet The townhouse is very modern, clean and comfortable. The Nespresso coffee machine is to die for and now have to purchase one as am addicted. Rod and Terri should be proud that they make their holiday makers stay just that more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay in this immaculate, modern apartment was a wonderful start to our holiday. The apartment was beautifully kept and exceptionally clean, in a wonderful location, close to lovely walks along the river, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Rod was a charming host who even took the time to drive us around Perth to show us the sights. Highly recommend this quality property, has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very spacious and modern, situated in an ideal location, right near the river and parks (great if you're travelling with young kids). We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Perth, thanks to Rod the owner also who was very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with restaurants nearby, nice walk by the river and the neighbourhood area is also very clean. The property is perfect and Rod is very helpful to ensure that we have a lovely stay 🙂 Thank you Rod!

Great property & location

Loved the location although a little noisy, would be nice to have had hand towels, face washers & shower gel or soap. We arrived late so Rod had provided milk, bread, butter & jam so we could have breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely

Rod could not have been more helpful. The location was great, more clean than most hotels I have stayed in. Comfortable bed and the linen was so nice and not on the cheap end I find at some of private place stays. The only issue was the internet was a little slow. We had to work a little while staying in Perth and just found it was slow and dropped out completely frequently. I would without hesitation stay at one of Rod's properties again.

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay here and Rod and Terri were very helpful. The house was big enough for us all and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The place was comfortable & cosy for our family . It is located conveniently and easy access to the Belmont forum which has a number of supermarkets. Most of the things required were there and the nespresso coffee was good too.

Beautiful & Comfortable stay for a family of 8

We love this house! It has 4 rooms and big enough to accommodate a family of 8. The house has simple decors and allows a cosy and comfortable stay. It is child friendly with no sharp kitchen top corners. It is only a few mins drive away from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre where there are Woolsworth, Coles, Kmart and Big W.
