Travelling with friends, we spent the last 4 nights of our WA trip at Constitution View. This was the best accommodation we had by far. Rod was considerate and most helpful, and our stay was wonderful. The property is superb and the location is ideal, with a highlight for us being the Royal Siam Kitchen restaurant - only a 5 minute walk - and the best Thai food we have ever tasted.We will definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it highly.

We can't praise Rod enough for the outstanding service and standard of this fantastic property! Rod greeted us on arrival and kindly gave us a guided tour and explained points of interest - which made our stay so enjoyable, we instantly fell in love with East Perth. As an added bonus Rod presented us one night with two new board games. Travelling together as two families we found the apartment, spacious, clean and the inclusions hard to beat - the Kitchen is a dream to cook in. We stayed a this magnificent apartment for 4 days coming from the country we used the apartment as a base for our daughters wedding and it was perfect. Rod and Terri greeted us with a bottle of champers on arrival what wonderful people.The apartment was nore than i expected with everything you could possibly need and close to all amentities just absoulutley perfect.Well done Rod and Terri we will definitely recommend this property +++++

A wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with restaurants nearby, nice walk by the river and the neighbourhood area is also very clean. The property is perfect and Rod is very helpful to ensure that we have a lovely stay 🙂 Thank you Rod!

Great property & location

Loved the location although a little noisy, would be nice to have had hand towels, face washers & shower gel or soap. We arrived late so Rod had provided milk, bread, butter & jam so we could have breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely

Rod could not have been more helpful. The location was great, more clean than most hotels I have stayed in. Comfortable bed and the linen was so nice and not on the cheap end I find at some of private place stays. The only issue was the internet was a little slow. We had to work a little while staying in Perth and just found it was slow and dropped out completely frequently. I would without hesitation stay at one of Rod's properties again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and Rod and Terri were very helpful. The house was big enough for us all and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The place was comfortable & cosy for our family . It is located conveniently and easy access to the Belmont forum which has a number of supermarkets. Most of the things required were there and the nespresso coffee was good too.

Beautiful & Comfortable stay for a family of 8

We love this house! It has 4 rooms and big enough to accommodate a family of 8. The house has simple decors and allows a cosy and comfortable stay. It is child friendly with no sharp kitchen top corners. It is only a few mins drive away from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre where there are Woolsworth, Coles, Kmart and Big W.
