We stayed at the Constitution View Apartment for 7 days and we, were 6 guests in total very pleased with the size of the living areas as we were in Perth to visit relatives that we had not seen in years, and it provided amble space when the family came over. Lovely spot so close to the city and local shops and surpisingly a very quiet area to stay. Out host Rod was very obliging in every way and even dropped off a Christmas hamper which we totally appreciated. I would recommend this property as clean, modern, convenient and actually looks like the photos on the web. Thanks Rod we had a fabulous stay.

This property was excellent. Great location in East perth and quiet. We could easily walk to restaurants and with the lock up garage, we could easily park our car underneath. we had an issue with the Shower, but once i contacted Rod, it was fixed by the time i came back to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Having traveled extensively in Australia, we have stayed in a lot of nice places. However, none have compared to Constitution View. It was very simply OUTSTANDING!!!! From the minute Rod met us at the front door to the time that he dropped us at the airport, we were treated like royalty. The property was ideally located for local sightseeing and for day trips. The amenities at the property were first class. Thanks Rod - for showing us "GENUINE SOUTHERN HOSPATILITY" Australian style.

My son, his wife and four friends were visiting us from over East and we wanted a place for them to stay close to the city and all its amenities. Constitution View was PERFECT. Easy access to the city and sights via the CAT bus, close to beautiful restaurants and the walks along the river - just beautiful. The house was quiet, beautifully furnished and just felt like HOME for them. Thank you Rod we may be calling you again for their next visit.

A wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with restaurants nearby, nice walk by the river and the neighbourhood area is also very clean. The property is perfect and Rod is very helpful to ensure that we have a lovely stay 🙂 Thank you Rod!

Great property & location

Loved the location although a little noisy, would be nice to have had hand towels, face washers & shower gel or soap. We arrived late so Rod had provided milk, bread, butter & jam so we could have breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely

Rod could not have been more helpful. The location was great, more clean than most hotels I have stayed in. Comfortable bed and the linen was so nice and not on the cheap end I find at some of private place stays. The only issue was the internet was a little slow. We had to work a little while staying in Perth and just found it was slow and dropped out completely frequently. I would without hesitation stay at one of Rod's properties again.

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay here and Rod and Terri were very helpful. The house was big enough for us all and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The place was comfortable & cosy for our family . It is located conveniently and easy access to the Belmont forum which has a number of supermarkets. Most of the things required were there and the nespresso coffee was good too.

Beautiful & Comfortable stay for a family of 8

We love this house! It has 4 rooms and big enough to accommodate a family of 8. The house has simple decors and allows a cosy and comfortable stay. It is child friendly with no sharp kitchen top corners. It is only a few mins drive away from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre where there are Woolsworth, Coles, Kmart and Big W.
