Great place to stay

We loved Constitution View and did not regret choosing it. The place was clean and had enough rooms for everyone. It was also near the city centre and a park, great for morning or afternoon walks. Rod the owner was super friendly and answered all my questions from day one. Definitely recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Constitution View. Very comfortable and everything was there that we needed. Great restaurants within walking distance. Access to freeways north and south was a breeze. Will be back next year..thanks so much Rod. The fireworks on the last night were spectacular and a great way to end our stay.

As good as it looks in the photos!

We needed somewhere to stay for a week whilst we had our floors resanded. As we live in Perth, we were already aware of what a convenient location East Perth would be. Constitution View proved to be perfect for our needs! It is as good as it looks in the photos! The house is supremely comfortable and clean, a true home away from home. Thank you very much to Rod who helped make our stay a very pleasant experience!

Just what we were looking for...

.......when we needed somewhere to house three couples (two from UK and one from Oz) who were coming to Perth for our son's wedding. Not the easiest of exercises when we were in UK ourselves and had to trust to the computer and only a fair knowledge of the general area, but it really did work out well. Our guests found themselves in a lovely house in a lovely area and within walking distance of fine restaurants, pubs, cricket grounds, river, CBD etc; good bus (largely free) and train services (and good in-house garaging for two cars) so easy access to the surrounding towns, beaches and countryside. They loved it - the house itself was all that they could have wished for and all in all they had a very enjoyable time at Constitution View. Thanks Rod!

A wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with restaurants nearby, nice walk by the river and the neighbourhood area is also very clean. The property is perfect and Rod is very helpful to ensure that we have a lovely stay 🙂 Thank you Rod!

Loved the location it was so close to everything we needed Property was extremely clean and well presented Rod the owner was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful

Great property & location

Loved the location although a little noisy, would be nice to have had hand towels, face washers & shower gel or soap. We arrived late so Rod had provided milk, bread, butter & jam so we could have breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely

Rod could not have been more helpful. The location was great, more clean than most hotels I have stayed in. Comfortable bed and the linen was so nice and not on the cheap end I find at some of private place stays. The only issue was the internet was a little slow. We had to work a little while staying in Perth and just found it was slow and dropped out completely frequently. I would without hesitation stay at one of Rod's properties again.

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay here and Rod and Terri were very helpful. The house was big enough for us all and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The place was comfortable & cosy for our family . It is located conveniently and easy access to the Belmont forum which has a number of supermarkets. Most of the things required were there and the nespresso coffee was good too.

Beautiful & Comfortable stay for a family of 8

We love this house! It has 4 rooms and big enough to accommodate a family of 8. The house has simple decors and allows a cosy and comfortable stay. It is child friendly with no sharp kitchen top corners. It is only a few mins drive away from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre where there are Woolsworth, Coles, Kmart and Big W.
