Excellent property

We enjoy staying in Constitution View, the house is at the best location , fully equipped kitchen and laundery that fits to my stay with the family with infants.

Excellent property in a great location

Being first timers to Perth, this is a great place to be in. Location is good. Free CAT bus that is walking distance away and takes you to the shopping belt at Hay Street. Driving to various places is also convenient. House is also cosy and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Makes it feels like it is home away from home. We love that there is a lovely park and a swan river just outside the house too. Rod, the host, was also very friendly and helpful. He came to say hi and also checked that we were good. Definitely recommended!

A wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with restaurants nearby, nice walk by the river and the neighbourhood area is also very clean. The property is perfect and Rod is very helpful to ensure that we have a lovely stay 🙂 Thank you Rod!

Loved the location it was so close to everything we needed Property was extremely clean and well presented Rod the owner was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful

Great property & location

Loved the location although a little noisy, would be nice to have had hand towels, face washers & shower gel or soap. We arrived late so Rod had provided milk, bread, butter & jam so we could have breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely

Rod could not have been more helpful. The location was great, more clean than most hotels I have stayed in. Comfortable bed and the linen was so nice and not on the cheap end I find at some of private place stays. The only issue was the internet was a little slow. We had to work a little while staying in Perth and just found it was slow and dropped out completely frequently. I would without hesitation stay at one of Rod's properties again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and Rod and Terri were very helpful. The house was big enough for us all and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The place was comfortable & cosy for our family . It is located conveniently and easy access to the Belmont forum which has a number of supermarkets. Most of the things required were there and the nespresso coffee was good too.

Beautiful & Comfortable stay for a family of 8

We love this house! It has 4 rooms and big enough to accommodate a family of 8. The house has simple decors and allows a cosy and comfortable stay. It is child friendly with no sharp kitchen top corners. It is only a few mins drive away from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre where there are Woolsworth, Coles, Kmart and Big W.
