great place, really suitable for a big family. Owner/Manager Rod is a fabulous host and friendly + ready to offer great advice on where to sight see/eat/shop etc. all in all a truly enjoyable stay indeed

Clean and tidy

We had to book at the last minute and Mercury Stay was perfect for what we needed. The owner was good to deal with, the house well set up for a family and the information needed to make our stay easy was at our fingertips.

Best property we've ever rented

This is, by far, the BEST property we've ever rented for short term accommodation and we've rented dozens and dozens of places in the last 10 years. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 children and found the house immaculately clean and very spacious. Absolutely everything we needed was at our finger tips - washing powder, pre-wash spray, pantry items such as oil and alfoil.  It's close location to shops, the cinema and parks was great.  And the owner, Rod, was terrific to work with.  I would very happily rent this house again.

This property is a great property to stay in had an amazing time, central to everything. Rod made our stay comfortable checking in to see if everything was alright. He stayed up pretty late to get us into our property as our plane was delayed. Thank you so much, will stay again if we come back to Perth. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone.
