RATES effective June 2016

* Redfern House is an all-seasons accommodation. These rates are valid till the 1st of June 2017. The rate of your stay will be confirmed in response to booking requests.

To confirm a booking we will request the amount equivalent of 1 nights stay. The full payment of your stay will be due 1 week prior to arrival.

We hold your initial booking enquiry dates for 3 days only. When we receive a confirmation request, the dates are marked as pending and the deposit is required to secure.

Payment method is currently only by Direct Transfer. Details on payment method will be provided in our booking enquiry response emails.

Cancellation or change of booking;

• Change of arrival and/or departure dates is available at no additional charge if a deposit has been paid. Subject to new date(s) availability.
• Cancellation of a booking will forfeit the full amount of deposit paid.
• Cancellation of a booking falling within a week of arrival will forfeit the full amount paid.
• Making a deposit is agreement to the terms and conditions of Redfern House.

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

1. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
3. Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
4. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
   1. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
   2. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
   3. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
   4. Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
   5. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
   6. Pets are not allowed.
   7. No smoking allowed
   8. Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
   9. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
