* Constitution View is an all-seasons accommodation. These rates are valid till the 1st of January 2016. The rate of your stay will be confirmed in response to booking requests.To confirm a booking we will request the amount equivalent of 1 nights stay. The full payment of your stay will be due 1 week prior to arrival.
We hold your initial booking enquiry dates for 3 days only. When we receive a confirmation request, the dates are marked as pending and the deposit is required to secure.
Payment method is currently only by Direct Transfer. Details on payment method will be provided in our booking enquiry response emails.

Cancellation or change of booking;
- Change of arrival and/or departure dates is available at no additional charge if a deposit has been paid. Subject to new date(s) availability.
- Cancellation of a booking will forfeit the full amount of deposit paid.
- Cancellation of a booking falling within a week of arrival will forfeit the full amount paid.
- Making a deposit is agreement to the terms and conditions of Constitution View.
- The accommodation is self contained and not serviced.
- Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am, a late check out fee may apply if the property is not vacated at this time.
- NON-SMOKING Accommodation – ALL areas of this property (grounds and interior) are non-smoking. A $200 charge for non-compliance with non-smoking policy will be imposed to meet the cost of cleaning and sanitation to restore the accommodation to its original condition.
- The property is to be left clean and tidy. An additional cleaning fee may be incurred if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.
- Persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to it.
- Guests are held responsible for any visitors they have at the accommodation also abiding by these terms and conditions.
- This property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, as such, excessive noise levels are unacceptable.
The Residence
Constitution View is a three bed, two bathroom townhouse with three levels that provides luxury accommodation ideally located in the prestigious East Perth river precinct with its tree lined streets, vibrant commercial district and multi-million dollar homes.
Feel at home
Not a hotel and not an apartment, Constitution View offers short-stay accommodation with townhouse class. The front patio has views to the Swan River and secure keyless entry allowing all guests access to the property. Upon entering, guests are made welcome with attractive polished timber floors and a living area featuring a luxurious leather sofa suite and large screen TV with Foxtel. In addition there are provided books, board games, and a home entertainment system with a selection of DVD’s for relaxing after a day in the City.
A fully equipped kitchen including premium coffee machine and stainless steel European appliances is also located on the entry level. Gorgeous plantation shutters reveal the perfect light into the dining area which is located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats 6 people. Other features include a rear balcony for outdoor entertaining.
The lower level has a generous double car garage which opens out to rear laneway. A fully equipped laundry room is also located on this level.
Rest easy
Constitution View is fully air-conditioned and will sleep 6 guests. Bedrooms are located upstairs and feature a master bedroom with queen size bed, secluded balcony and en-suite with separate bath and shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed with adjoining bathroom, the other has two single beds. (A highchair, cot, bedding, and toddler gates are available on request.)
